Joseph E. Samuels, D.O.M. graduated from the Magnolia Institute for Health and Healing, Gainesville Florida in 1998. He earned his medical degree as a Nationally Certified Diplomat of Acupuncture in 1999 and became the Medical Director of Citrus Alternative Medicine in 2002. Dr. Samuels has a family medical practice and is one of the leading authorities on Oriental Medicine in Citrus, Marion and Hernando Counties.
