2. Office visit with one of our licensed massage therapist

• 1 1/2 hour massage – $93.00
• 1 hour massage – $63.00
• 1/2 hour massage – $48.00

1. Free initial consultation with Dr. Samuels (He does charge for the initial treatment)
2. We offer a family discount health care plan for additional savings
3. Our office staff will assist you in verifying insurance coverage as well as file your insurance claim at not extra charge
4. Gift certificates are available for purchase
